This year's third annual Tainui Golf Day
got off to a brisk start last Sunday (2/8/09) with 48 players tee-ing off from
the 10th hole at Logan City Golf Club at 7.00am with the last group hitting off
at 7.45pm.Twelve groups of four
players with five ladies amongst them finished the 4-ball best ball Ambrose
competition handing in their group score cards ranging from 54.5 to 62.
The day finished in brilliant sunshine, a
scrumptious lunch and lots of smiling faces who took out the big array of
prizes.........everything from art work to kai packs to the obligatory golf balls.
A sincere thank you to Steve Bennett who

with the catering.Rish, Pauline,
